I am looking for a long-term virtual assistant to help me with my U.S.-based health insurance business that serves seniors (ages 65+).
This is a meaningful, people-focused role. Most callers are referrals or individuals who received my letter in the mail. They are calling because they WANT help. Medicare can be very overwhelming, and my job is to make it simple and less stressful. Your role will be to help answer phones and support clients, making sure no one falls through the cracks.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a PHONE-FIRST, client-facing position.
You will be answering incoming phone calls from seniors in the United States, gathering basic information, and scheduling appointments for me.
Clear spoken English, patience, and a friendly, reassuring tone are essential.
This is a full-time, long-term position. I am not looking for short-term or temporary help.
REQUIRED WORK SCHEDULE
Monday – Friday
9:00am – 5:30pm Central Standard Time (U.S. / Dallas, TX)
This role requires working evening hours in the Philippines

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (CORE ROLE)
Answer incoming phone calls
Speak kindly and patiently with seniors
Gather basic information (contact info, doctors, medications)
Schedule appointments
Send follow-up
Update client information in the CRM
Check voi
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES (AS TRAINED)
Basic customer service support (ID cards, OTC benefits, follow-ups)
Data entry and organization
Behind-the-scenes administrative support
Supporting internal processes and systems
ADDITIONAL SUPPORT WORK (SECONDARY / BEHIND THE SCENES)
In addition to my Medicare business, I also work on building internal systems and processes to support my companies. From time to time, I may need help with behind-the-scenes tasks related to organization, systems, or CRM work.
This may include basic support with tools like Go High Level or other internal systems.
These tasks are secondary and will be introduced gradually. The primary focus of this role will always be supporting my Medicare business.
I am looking for someone who is comfortable learning new tools over time, but the right personality and communication style are far more important than technical skills.
