We are a vertically integrated real estate investment group buying, renovating, selling, and holding properties. We aim to acquire roughly one property per week and are scaling. We are hiring a top-tier Virtual Assistant to support our acquisitions, lead management, and operations teams. We work hard to have a team mindset and work together towards big goals.
Experience Required (Minimum 2+ Years):
U.S. Real Estate support (acquisitions, lead management, or transaction coordination)
CRM experience (Salesforce or similar—InvestorLift a bonus)
Follow-up phone calls
Data logging, tracking, and organized admin work
Your Core Responsibilities
Lead Management & Acquisitions Support
Coordinate with all lead sources and potential sellers
Set appointments for property specialists
Persistently follow up with leads in our CRM
Attend biweekly acquisitions meetings
Attend monthly company-wide tea
Coordinate day-to-day tasks with the Acquisitions Manager
Disposition Support (Finding Buyers)
Use InvestorLift to identify potential buyers for properties under contract- training provided
Assist with building buyers lists and sending out property blasts- calling most likely buyers
Systems, CRM & Administrative Tasks
Use Salesforce (or similar CRM) for all tracking, follow-up, and data entry
Maintain property inventory spreadsheets
Conduct ongoing online research to support acquisitions
Use tools to analyze property value current and to multiple renovation levels.
AI & Automation Expectations-
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, automation systems, etc.) to increase efficiency
Be open to working with and integrating future AI agents- future build out.
Help document processes and improve workflows
Demonstrate adaptability as responsibilities evolve
Collaboration
Communicate daily with owners, leadership team, realtor, and acquisitions team as needed
Support the realtor with preparation of listings
Coordinate tasks across departments to ensure alignment

Highly intelligent, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Excellent in English spoken is very important- Written English with the help of AI tools.
Confident calling potential sellers and buyers
Great at planning, prioritizing, and completing tasks
Focused — not a multitasker
Tech-savvy (Google Sheets, CRM, automation tools)
Comfortable using Hubstaff for time tracking
Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to long-term stability

You won’t track time with Hubstaff
