JOB OVERVIEW

Solid Rock Realty is seeking an Accounting Administrative Assistant to join our growing Property Management Real Estate Team in Colorado Springs! We currently manage ~500 residential units and are adding new units at a rapid pace.

As an Accounting Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting Landlord and Tenant questions, tracking and paying bills, invoicing our in-house maintenance team, tracking receipts, monthly reconciliations, financial reports and more. You must be able to problem solve using investigative accounting skills to solve complex problems. You will also communicate regularly with our maintenance team and follow up with all parties involved regularly. General Job Description
• Respond to Landlord and Tenant needs in a timely fashion regarding rents and expenses.
• Answer phone call with minimal phone rings.
• Reconciling accounts on a monthly basis.
• Paying bills.
• Security Deposit dispositions.
• Creating and sending invoices for maintenance team.
• Disbursing funds monthly to property owners.
• Learn and understand the Buildium Property Management Software.
• Coordination with Accounting Team to keep up with the day-to-day operations.
• Communicate with Property Management Team as a whole.
• Other assigned tasks as necessary.

Here are the details of what we are offering. Solid Rock Realty aims to have a culture of life balance between work and time off:
• Starting Salary: $725 Monthly (Paid semi-monthly through Payoneer)
• Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 (30-minute lunch break) – General Mountain Time
• 8 Paid Holidays Off (New Year’s Day, US Memorial Day, July 4th, US Labor Day, US Thanksgiving Day, The Day After Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day)

The following benefits begin the first full month after a 60-day trial period.
• Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrue 10 hrs/month Vacation from Year 0-5, 12 hrs/month from Year 5-10, 14 hrs/month after 10 Years
