JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Dispatcher to coordinate daily schedules for our pressure washing technicians across Florida. This role is essential to ensuring jobs are assigned efficiently, customers are communicated with professionally, and crews are set up for success each day.

Key Responsibilities

-Schedule and dispatch pressure washing technicians based on location, job scope, and availability
-Monitor daily routes and adjust schedules for weather, delays, or urgent requests
-Serve as the main point of contact for technicians during active jobs
-Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
-Confirm appointments and provide service updates to customers
-Manage work orders, job statuses, and invoices using scheduling software (Jobber experience is a plus)
-Maintain accurate customer records and daily dispatch logs
-Coordinate with management to ensure timely job completion and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

-Previous dispatcher, scheduling, or operations experience (home services preferred)
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills
-Comfortable using scheduling and CRM software (Jobber, ServiceTitan, or similar preferred)Reliable internet and phone (for -remote roles)
-okay to use Time Doctor as a time tracker
-A reliable internet connection with at least 30mbps and a computer with at least 8gb ram, windows 11 to perform work duties.
-2nd monitor is required
