I am a solo entrepreneur (who runs an online business coaching business) that's looking for a virtual assistant to help with various related tasks.
This is a part time position and I'm looking for someone that can grow with me and possibly become full time down the road.
Your job function will consist of the following:
Proofreading - 30% of your time will be spent proofreading and editing marketing pieces. This includes emails, Blog post, and marketing related documents such as opt-ins/freebies. You must have good English grammar.
Canva creation and PDF editor- 20% of your time will be spent helping to design documents through Canva and PDF Editor. This will include ensuring that the designs reflect the brand and the sizing is accurate. it will also include ensuring all documents are visually attractive and functioning properly. You do not have to have graphic design skills to use Canva. If you're not familiar with Canva I am willing to train the right person
CRM and backend operations - 20% of your time will be spent ensuring the CRM and backend operations are functioning properly. Backend operations include knowledge of how to operate a CRM and management of my email account Drip. If you were not familiar with the systems I am willing to train the right person.
Organizing the back office - 20% of your time will be spent managing the backend office operations. This includes organizing documents in Google Drive, labeling the documents correctly, and making sure each of the documents is easy to find and in the correct place.
Social media management - 10% of your time will be spent on social media management. This will include uploading posts into the social media management tool.
