Virtual Assistant – Facebook Marketplace Deal Finder (Real Estate / Furniture))

I am looking for a Virtual Assistant to help me find couches and sectionals in Southwest Florida for resale.

Main Tasks:
• Search Facebook Marketplace daily
• Find couches/sectionals in Naples ? Venice, Florida
• Price must be $400 or under, or clearly a very good deal
• Identify good resale opportunities
• Send me qualified leads only

Bonus Task (after training):
• Text apartment complexes and property managers using a flyer I provide

What I’m looking for:
• Strong attention to detail
• Good English communication
• Experience with Facebook Marketplace research
• Ability to follow instructions exactly

Pay:
• $25 per approved couch lead
• Opportunity for long-term work and bonuses

This is a long-term position for the right person.
