Full Time Marketing Project Manager – Content & Creative (Remote)

We’re a US-based online education company. We’re growing our content marketing team and are hiring an experienced Marketing Project Manager to lead our content operations.

Type: Full-time (Remote)
Hours: Mon–Fri, 10am–7pm Eastern Time (with some flexibility after you’re established)
Compensation: From $7 USD/hour (paid weekly via paypal) + performance-based bonuses
Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation + unlimited unpaid time off (with approval)

What You’ll Do
• Lead and coordinate our content team
• Assign tasks, manage timelines, and keep projects on track
• Schedule and publish content across social channels, Shopify, WordPress, and more
• Monitor content performance and maintain our kpi tracker.
• Build, maintain, and improve SOPs for content production and publishing

What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience as a marketing/creative Project Manager or similar
• Strong experience coordinating designers, writers, and other creatives
• Comfortable using project management and scheduling tools
• Familiar with WordPress, Shopify, and social media publishing
• Confident working with performance metrics and improving processes
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
• Able to reliably work 10am–7pm ET, Monday–Friday
