Notion Specialist for Martial Arts Knowledge Workspace

I’m looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Notion specialist to help me build, structure, and maintain a large Notion workspace focused on multiple martial arts styles.
This project involves transforming raw material (text, PDF books, images, and videos) into clear, consistent, and easy-to-read Notion pages, while keeping the entire workspace well-structured and scalable.

Salary: $100/month
Minimum pages to be completed per month: 100

What You’ll Be Doing

Create and organize Notion pages and databases for various martial arts styles
Extract, transcribe, clean up, and structure content from:
PDF books (content will need to be extracted/transcribed, then edited for clarity before being added to Notion)
Text documents
Images
Videos (including transcription and translation when needed)
Ensure consistent formatting, layout, and naming conventions across the entire workspace
Translate or help translate Japanese, Korean, and Chinese terms into English (AI tools like ChatGPT can be used)
Transcribe videos when needed (tools like TurboScribe or similar can be used)
Improve clarity and readability of technical or dense material
Suggest better layouts, structures, or presentation ideas where appropriate

Required Skills

Strong experience with Notion (databases, relations, templates, organization)
Excellent attention to detail and consistency
High sense of organization and structure
Comfortable working with large amounts of information
Ability to turn raw or unstructured material into polished knowledge pages
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, transcription tools, and translation workflows
Good written English

Nice to Have

Interest or background in martial arts (any style)
Experience building knowledge bases, wikis, or learning systems
Familiarity with multilingual terminology (Japanese/Korean/Chinese)

Project Details

I will share content and Notion pages gradually at first to test workflow and fit
Open to collaboration and ideas on improving the system
Flexibility in tools, as long as the final result is clean, consistent, and well organized
