Appointment Setter – Cold Calling (Remote)
$600 Base + Performance Bonus (Remote)

We are hiring a full-time cold caller to book appointments for our agency. You will be calling business owners using our script and dialer.

This role is execution-focused. We are looking for someone who can follow instructions, hit daily call targets, and stay consistent.

Requirements:

-Previous cold calling experience is required

-Confident speaking English (clear and easily understood)

-Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day

-Able to follow a script and keep a firm, natural tone

-Quiet, noise-free workspace with a headset

-Stable internet connection

-Available during U.S. business hours

-Looking for a long-term position

(If you need constant clarification or hand-holding, this role is not a fit.)

Job Details:

-Calls will be made using JustCall (we provide access)

-Script and short training video will be provided

-Daily call volume is mandatory

-This is a results-based role — consistency and discipline are expected

Bonus:

-$25 for every qualified appointment that shows up

-Bonus capped at $400 per month

Pay:

-$600 per month base salary

-Performance bonus up to $400 per month

Paid trial: 3 days, 100 calls per day

$20 paid upfront, $20 paid after trial completion

The trial is evaluated on call volume, tone, and script adherence — not results.
