Job Description

We are hiring a dependable Customer Support / Sales Representative to handle inbound communication and appointment scheduling.

This role is responsible for answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries via email and chat, and booking appointments and meetings accurately. You will work inside GoHighLevel (GHL) to manage conversations, contacts, and schedules.

This is a long-term, full-time remote position for someone who communicates clearly, follows processes, and can balance customer service with light sales responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Answering inbound phone calls professionally

Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and SMS

Booking appointments and meetings accurately inside GoHighLevel

Updating contact records and conversation notes

Following scripts and workflows for customer inquiries

Escalating complex issues when necessary

Coordinating with leadership on scheduling and follow-ups
