ROLE OVERVIEW
This is an entry-level media buying role designed to teach you how to properly run
You will be trained using proven frameworks, structured resources, and hands-on execution. We will provide videos, guidance, and direction on how we want media buying done. In return, you are expected to learn quickly, follow instructions closely, and apply what you learn inside Ads Manager.
You will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Facebook
• Create, launch, and manage
• Upload all ad creatives into Ads Manager including video posts, copy, and full campaign setups
• Review and double check every ad before launch to prevent technical errors
• Track daily performance on spreadsheets and inside Ads Manager
• Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CAC, and other KPIs
• Scale winning campaigns while protecting profitability
• Manage comments on ads by responding, hiding, or deleting as needed
• Stay updated on new Meta features, tools, and best practices
Media Buying Training & Research (Core Part of This Role)
• Learn media buying using the resources and training we provide
• Study media buying strategies from CT Disrupter on YouTube to understand exactly how we want campaigns structured and managed
• Watch all training videos we assign and follow our media buying framework precisely
• Take detailed notes on the videos and strategies you learn
• Share your notes, insights, and learnings with our team so we can align and strategize together
• Apply what you learn directly into campaign setup, testing, optimization, and scaling
Important: This role is meant to teach you how to media buy properly. You will gain hands-on experience managing real ad accounts, real budgets, and real performance data.
Operations and Reporting
• Update product lists and tasks inside our project management system
• Create weekly performance reports and send them for review
• Attend weekly meetings and communicate clearly with the CEO, creative team, and video editor
• Complete tasks on time while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Take initiative and stay proactive in improving results and preventing issues
REQUIREMENTS
Skills and Competencies
• Fluent in English
• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
• Fast learner with the ability to follow instructions exactly
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Responsible, reliable, and consistent
• Proactive problem solver
• Works well within a team environment
Marketing Requirements
• Entry-level experience is acceptable
• Experience in ecommerce, dropshipping, or digital marketing is a plus but not required
• Familiarity with
• Strong interest in paid advertising and ecommerce growth
Technology Requirements
• Reliable internet connection
• Knowledge of both Mac and PC
• Reliable phone for communication
COMPENSATION
• Salary based on experience
