We are a fast-growing European direct-to-consumer (D2C) wellness brand on a mission to help people break bad habits and live healthier, more balanced lives.

Our hero product is a flavored air device designed to offer a clean, mindful, and satisfying alternative to old routines — without the harmful stuff.

We’re building one of the most efficient creative marketing teams in Europe and are looking for a Video Editor who knows how to create scroll-stopping, conversion-driven VSLs and Meta ad creatives.

Purpose of the Role
- This role is all about turning raw content and ideas into high-performing VSLs and UGC-style ads for Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok.
- You’ll be part of a creative performance team that moves fast, tests constantly, and values initiative, speed, and measurable impact.
- You won’t just edit videos — you’ll create assets that convert cold viewers into loyal customers and help scale a European DTC brand from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form, conversion-focused VSLs (2–3 minutes) and UGC-style ads for Meta platforms
- Transform testimonials, product shots, and voiceovers into high-performing video creatives
- Produce multiple ad variations for A/B testing and optimization
- Source high-quality UGC, B-roll, and sound effects from TikTok, YouTube, and stock platforms
- Use AI tools (avatars, AI voiceovers, B-roll generation) to enhance creative output
- Collaborate with the creative strategist to iterate quickly based on ad performance
- Stay on top of video trends across Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts in the wellness and lifestyle space


What We’re Looking For
- 1–2+ years of experience editing performance ads or VSLs for DTC/eCommerce brands
- Proven understanding of direct-response marketing and buyer psychology
- Strong skills in CapCut Pro, Premiere Pro, or similar software
- Comfortable working with AI editing tools (Higgsfield, HeyGen, VEO 3, Sora 2, ElevenLabs, etc.)
- Capable of sourcing and curating UGC or short-form content independently
- Organized and proactive communicator, able to manage multiple projects at once
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)

This Role Won’t Suit You If You…
- Focus only on aesthetics and not performance metrics
- Struggle with deadlines or fast-paced feedback
- Have no experience editing Meta Ads VSL’s
- Need constant step-by-step supervision
- Are unavailable for part-time consistent work (10–20 hours/week minimum)
