Recruiter / Talent Network Growth Specialist

We’re hiring multiple Recruiters to source and engage high-quality talent across a range of roles. This is a hands-on recruiting position focused on active sourcing, outreach, and candidate engagement using both boots-on-the-ground and online methods.

If you’re a recruiter who thrives on finding talent before anyone else does, building pipelines from scratch, and taking ownership of results, this role is for you.

Responsibilities
Source qualified candidates using creative and traditional recruiting methods
Execute boots-on-the-ground / guerrilla recruiting:
Local outreach, networking, and community engagement
Events, campuses, coworking spaces, and referrals
Run online sourcing and lead generation:
Social media, groups, and communities
Cold outreach via email, DMs, and messaging apps
