Design Support

The Design Support role is responsible for ensuring that all design outputs meet client requirements, comply with Greek licensing standards, and are delivered accurately and on time. This role serves as a quality checkpoint between design execution and final delivery, verifying design details, assignment status, timelines, and revision accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
-Review and validate design outputs to ensure compliance with Greek Licensing requirements and brand standards.
-Check that design details strictly follow client instructions, specifications, and approved briefs.
-Monitor and confirm that design tasks are properly assigned, tracked, and completed within agreed timelines.
-Conduct quality checks on completed designs to identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing requirements before submission.
-Review revision requests and ensure all requested changes are accurately implemented.
-Flag discrepancies, non-compliance issues, or delays and coordinate with designers for immediate correction.
-Maintain clear documentation of design feedback, revisions, and approval status.
-Support the design team by clarifying requirements and helping reduce revision cycles through detailed checks.
-Ensure final design files are ready for client delivery and internal archiving.


Qualifications & Skills
-Experience in design support, design QA, or creative operations (preferred).
-Strong attention to detail and ability to spot design inaccuracies and compliance issues.
-Familiarity with Greek licensing standards and design compliance requirements.
-Basic understanding of design principles and common file formats.
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
-Ability to manage multiple design requests and deadlines simultaneously.
-Clear communication skills for providing structured feedback to designers.


Preferred Qualifications
-Background in graphic design, creative operations, or quality assurance.
-Experience working with licensing-based or brand-regulated designs.
-Familiarity with client-facing design workflows.
