We are a growing U.S.-based credit repair company seeking an experienced Credit Repair Backend Specialist to manage dispute letters, client files, and compliance-related documentation. This role is strictly backend — no sales, no calling clients.
The ideal candidate has deep experience in credit repair operations, understands U.S. consumer protection laws, and can independently manage dispute workflows with accuracy and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft, customize, and manage credit dispute letters for:
• Equifax
• Experian
• TransUnion
• Creditors & collection agencies
• Apply correct consumer law language in all letters, including:
• FCRA
• FDCPA
• CFPB guidelines
• Track and organize:
• Client dispute rounds
• Sent letters
• Responses from bureaus and creditors
• Deadlines and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate client records and dispute logs
• Update internal systems with dispute status and results
• Ensure letters are compliant, professional, and consistent with company standards
• Flag potential compliance issues or irregular bureau responses
• Coordinate with management on dispute strategies when needed

Required Experience & Skills
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a credit repair backend role (required)
• Strong understanding of:
• Credit reports
• Charge-offs, collections, late payments, inquiries, public records
• Proven experience writing and managing dispute letters
• Solid knowledge of U.S. consumer credit laws (FCRA, FDCPA)
• Excellent written English (professional and legal tone)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple clients and dispute rounds simultaneously
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

This is a backend, operations-focused role only.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)
• Experience working with U.S.-based credit repair companies
• Familiarity with credit repair software or CRM systems
• Experience handling CFPB complaints
• Understanding of Metro 2 reporting basics
