Design Assistant (Tech Packs) – Motette

Motette is a modern children’s and women’s brand focused on elevated, functional essentials crafted from high-quality bamboo fabrics. We’re looking for a design assistant with extensive experience creating detailed tech packs who has previously worked with retail or apparel brands and can confidently support our product development process.

Requirements:
• Proven experience creating professional tech packs for retail brands
• Ability to share examples of past work
• 100% written and spoken English fluency
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills

Compensation & Hours:
• $6 per hour
• Estimated 20-40 hours per month depending on upcoming releases
• At 20 hours per month, total compensation would be $120 per month
