We’re a growing performance-focused team looking for a Social Media Manager who understands how to create and manage content that actually drives engagement and growth.

This isn’t a “post and forget” role. You’ll be managing social media accounts that support real business goals, with content decisions informed by strategy, consistency, and performance.

What You’ll Manage & Execute:

• Plan and manage weekly social media content calendars
• Write strong hooks, captions, and CTAs for posts
• Schedule and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
• Monitor engagement and basic performance metrics
• Coordinate with designers and video editors for content execution
• Maintain brand voice while adapting to trends and platform formats
• Iterate content based on what’s working (and what’s not)

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience managing social media accounts (freelance or agency)
• Strong written English communication
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and content formats
• Ability to plan content strategically, not just creatively
• Organized, reliable, and able to meet turnaround times
• Comfortable using tools like Meta Business Suite, Notion, Google Sheets, Canva and other applicable tools

Bonus if you:

• Have worked with DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brands
• Understand performance-driven or conversion-focused content
• Can analyze basic metrics and adjust content accordingly
• Are proactive with ideas, feedback, and improvements
• Can manage multiple accounts or brands efficiently
