We’re looking for a reliable, experienced Amazon Wholesale VA to help grow our wholesale Amazon business. This role is for someone who already understands Amazon wholesale systems, tools, and research methods — not beginners. You should be comfortable analyzing products and brands, stalking Amazon storefronts, and finding legitimate, authorized wholesale distributors.
What you'll do:
Product & brand research using Keepa and SmartScout
Storefront stalking / reverse sourcing
Identifying profitable, low-risk wholesale products
Finding reputable wholesale distributors
Organizing research in Google Sheets / Excel
Following Amazon wholesale best practices and compliance
You must already know how to use:
Amazon Seller Central
Keepa (graphs, price history, buy box trends)
SmartScout (brand & seller research)
Storefront stalking / reverse sourcing
Google Sheets or Excel
You must understand:
Amazon wholesale vs OA/RA
Buy Box behavior
Brand gating & category restrictions
Amazon FBA & referral fees
