**AVAILABILITY:**
- Part-time availability (30 hours per week).
- Must be willing to work on a Central Standard Time.
- Preferably work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
- Able to work from Monday to Friday.

We are looking for an experienced Acquisitions Closer with at least 1-2 years of
cold-calling experience, specifically in outbound sales or customer service. A
background in real estate is required

The ideal candidate is outgoing, personable, and able to build rapport quickly. Strong
communication skills and excellent customer service are essential. We are looking for
someone who is ambitious, driven, and results-oriented while maintaining a humble and
approachable demeanor. The ability to engage in meaningful conversations without
being overly pushy is key, as is a talent for connecting with leads and managing
medium to high-volume calls (30-75+ per day). Key skills is for an individual who can
read and understand obituaries and understand family trees in order to reach the point
of contact.
This position involves a minimum of 20-50 conversations per day, so we are seeking
someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Applicants must
demonstrate proven success in meeting metrics and maintaining professionalism in
client interactions. A self-motivated, focused, critical thinker and goal-driven personality
is essential for this role.

**COMPENSATION:**
$10/hr 30 hours a week, plus $250 commission per closed deal
