We are a 5+ year e-commerce brand selling custom LED neon signs and email is a core revenue channel for us.
We are looking for a full-time Email Marketing Specialist (Klaviyo only) who can handle strategy, design, and execution.

This is not basic email marketing. We focus on segmentation, creative angles, timing, and conversion.

You will plan and execute email marketing strategies in Klaviyo.
You will design high-converting emails (design is a major part of this role).
You will build and manage automations and flows (welcome, abandoned cart, promos, re-engagement).
You will improve open rates, CTR, and revenue through testing and optimization.

You have strong Klaviyo experience (no other tools).
You can work full-time (40 hours per week).
You can work EU time zone hours.
You have strong email design skills, not just copy.
You can think strategically, not just follow instructions.
