We are a fast-growing e-commerce fashion bag brand based in Singapore. We are expanding our influencer outreach engine and looking for a highly organised, execution-focused Influencer Outreach Operations Executive to run the day-to-day coordination and tracking of our creator outreach in a structured, repeatable way.

[Role Overview]
You will own the daily execution of our influencer outreach pipeline, from sourcing support and outreach to coordination and reporting. This is a highly systems-driven, operations-heavy role.
Your responsibility is to ensure influencer conversations, follow-ups, shipments, and postings are handled accurately, on time, and at volume, with nothing falling through the cracks.
Influencer direction, brand guidelines, and overall strategy will be supported by our Marketing team.
[Key Responsibilities]
1. Influencer Sourcing
- Shortlist relevant creators weekly based on defined criteria
- Maintain structured influencer lists and basic scoring systems
- Ensure all sourcing data is accurately updated in our tracker
2. Outreach &
- Send influencer outreach
- Follow a defined follow-up cadence consistently
- Reply to creators and clarify logistics, deliverables, and timelines
3. Pipeline & Tracker Management
- Maintain an influencer tracker with statuses such as: Sourced > Contacted > Replied > Negotiating > Confirmed > Shipped > Posted > Closed
- Update trackers daily
- Ensure no conversations or follow-ups are missed
- Submit weekly status and pipeline updates
4. Collaboration Execution
- Coordinate internally to arrange order placements
- Track shipment status and posting timelines
- Ensure creators receive tracking details and reminders
5. Affiliate & Admin Support
- Maintain a clean list of active affiliates
- Track simple performance indicators
6. Reporting & Accuracy Checks
- Track weekly outreach volume and response rates
- Prepare simple monthly summaries of posts completed
- Flag delays, issues, or high-performing creators
[Qualifications]
This role is ideal for someone who is:
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with repetitive, structured execution work
- Confident managing trackers, spreadsheets, and pipelines
- Disciplined with follow-ups and deadlines
- Clear and professional in written English
- Comfortable working with KPIs and volume-based targets
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Bonus (Not Required)
- Experience in operations, coordination, sales ops, or admin roles
- Prior experience in influencer outreach and partnerships roles
- Experience working with DTC or e-commerce brands
