I'm looking for a Thumbnail Strategist to create high-CTR concepts - you won't design them, just develop the strategy.

What You'll Do:
- Analyze video titles and identify the strongest panels/frames
- Create thumbnail concepts with curiosity-driven text hooks
- Deliver concept sheets that our design team can execute
- Output: 10 concepts per week

You're a Strong Fit If:
- You've created 100+ thumbnail concepts for channels with 100K+ subscribers
- You understand CTR psychology and can explain why something will work
- You work fast and don't need hand-holding
- You can back up your concepts with performance data
