**About Mi PA**
Mi PA is a leading UK-based virtual personal assistant and call answering service. Our Mi Call team ensures our clients never miss an important call, delivering seamless customer support. We’re looking for a Social Media Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team, supporting our clients with content creation, social media management, and general administrative tasks.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
This is an execution-based role. You’ll receive requests from our friendly EAs, who, along with and text processes, will guide. Some of the tasks you’ll be responsible for could include:
• Customer Support Emails
• Ordering Gifts and supplies
• Managing an Inbox
• Research tasks
• Customer service tasks
• Operational admin Tasks

This is a fast-paced role. If you are organised, detail-oriented, and love the process of getting things done, you’ll thrive here.

**Tools You Will Use**
• Pipedrive
• Gmail
• Office 365 & Teams
• Asana
• Harvest
• ChatGPT or similar AI tools

**What We’re Looking For**
• Excellent written English
• Detail-oriented – you double-check your work, especially if its sensitive information
• Able to manage your own workload and deadlines
• Can follow established processes and help meet weekly team goals
• Available during UK working hours, ideally up to 3.30pm UK time.
• Reliable, high-speed internet is a must!
