NOW HERE'S WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
We're Digital Lead Group AB - a direct response e-commerce company. Our video ads have generated millions in sales across health, lifestyle, and pet care markets.

We need a Video Editor who can craft ads that capture attention and drive action.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Edit short and long-form direct response video ads
> Post-production: editing, titling, color correction, after-effects, sound mixing
> Create content optimized for Facebook, YouTube, and other channels
> Collaborate with the Video Lead and Creative Strategist to refine creatives
> Ensure footage aligns with script and enhances the message

REQUIREMENTS:
> 1+ years of video editing experience
> Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects (required)
> Strong attention to detail - you spot when a clip doesn't match the script
> Critical thinker who enhances videos with intentional effects and creative touches
> Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
> Strong English communication skills
> E-commerce, UGC, or direct response experience is a plus
