Plush Pay is seeking an experienced Controller to manage day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities.
Responsibilities

Manage QuickBooks for multiple entities
Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Communicate with tea ---------- mbers, clients, and vendors regarding AP/AR
Compile financial data for tax and CPA reporting
Track deadlines and ensure timely, accurate financials

Requirements
Proven experience in a Controller, Senior Accountant, or similar role
Strong QuickBooks experience required
Experience with AP, AR, and reconciliations
High attention to detail and strong organization skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Able to work full-time with some U.S. time overlap
