Ahrefs Research Specialist – Low-Competition Keyword & Niche Expert

We are looking for a self-sufficient freelancer with their own Ahrefs account to research profitable micro-niches and low-competition keywords for digital products (software, guides, templates, or tools).

This role involves research tasks, but success comes from your initiative and strategic insights. The better you spot keyword gaps and monetization opportunities, the more impact you’ll have. High performance can lead to higher pay, bigger responsibilities, and long-term collaboration.


YOUR ROLE:

- Use Ahrefs to find low-competition keywords (KD < 15) with high search intent and meaningful search volume

- Spot keyword gaps where demand exists but few quality results appear

- Proactively suggest niches or trends for monetization

- Work independently and deliver actionable insights consistently

- Deliver findings in a spreadsheet including:

- Keyword/niche
- Search volume
- Keyword Difficulty (KD)
- Notes on user intent and potential product ideas


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (not required but valued):

- Monetizing websites, blogs, or online businesses

- Experience with digital products, affiliate marketing, or SaaS



We’re looking for someone who:

- Has an active Ahrefs account

- Can take ownership and think strategically

- Communicates clearly and proactively

- Is ambitious and excited about growth opportunities


Wage/Salary: PHP3,000/month
Hours: 10–15 hours/week
