Virtual Assistant –
Real Estate Media QC & Delivery Specialist (Lightroom / Photoshop)
This role is not administrative or customer service-based. Prior experience working with real estate photography or media deliverables is strongly preferred.

We are a growing real estate media business looking for a Real Estate Media QC & Delivery Specialist to oversee final quality checks, request revisions from editors, clutter removal from images, organize media, and deliver polished, client-ready content. This role is ideal for someone who understands real estate photography workflows and takes pride in precision, consistency, and professional presentation.

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant – to fill the Role of: Real Estate Media QC & Delivery Specialist (Lightroom / Photoshop) to support our post-production workflow. In this role, you will review completed edits, catch mistakes, request revisions from editors when needed, image editing and final touches, organize and upload media, and ensure final deliverables are accurate and client-ready before delivery. This is a long-term role for someone who pays close attention to detail and takes pride in helping a growing business run smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Control & Media Review
• Review all edited media received from external editors via Spiro and/or Dropbox
• Perform detailed quality checks on photos, videos, 3D tours, and floor plans
• Identify errors, missing images, or quality issues and request revisions from editors
• Maintain clear, respectful communication with editors to ensure smooth workflows
Image Editing & Final Touches
• Use Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop to make final adjustments, including:
* Straightening and cropping images
* Color correction and exposure adjustments
* Removing clutter, yard signs, trash cans, and other distractions
* Add required text overlays such as property addresses, “Simulated” or “Virtual
Staging” labels and ensure correct labeling
*Organize images logically by room and overall property flow prior to delivery
Media Management & Platform Uploads
• Upload finalized media accurately into Spiro CRM
• Download floor plans from Cubicasa and Zillow and upload to Spiro
• Quality-check Zillow 3D tours and copy/paste correct links into Spiro
• Manage property line requests
• Ensure all media (photos, videos, 3D tours, floor plans) are correctly linked to each
property
This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to follow
established workflows and checklists consistently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Attention to Detail, Organization & Process Adherence, Adobe Lightroom & Photoshop Proficiency
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy— able to consistently catch small/large
errors before delivery.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple orders
• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop (required)
• Experience performing quality control on media-based deliverables
• Comfortable following structured workflows, task checklists and SOPs (Standard
Operating Procedures)
• Clear, professional communication skills when requesting revisions or clarifications
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
• Comfortable using Dropbox, Slack, and Spiro
• Willingness to learn new systems (training provided)
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)
• Experience supporting photographers or real estate media companies
• Familiarity with MLS-ready images, floor plans, virtual staging, 3D tours, and video
• Experience with CRM or media delivery platforms (Spiro experience is a plus, but not
required, will train)
• Experience coordinating with external editors

• Assist with additional tasks during slower periods, such as: Creating“how-to” videos,

Work Schedule
• Tuesday–Saturday (USA)
• 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM U.S. Central Time
• Approximately 20 hours per week
Pay Range & Growth Path
Compensation
• $5.00 – $7.00 USD per hour, based on experience
• Estimated monthly pay: $400 – $560 USD to start
• Payment is monthly
First month may be bi-weekly, then monthly thereafter
• Payments are always made on time, and this role is intended to be stable and long-term.
During the first month, payment may be made bi-weekly. After the initial trial period,
payment will move to a monthly schedule.
Performance Reviews & Raises
• Initial review after 30–60 days
• Ongoing reviews every 6 months
• Raises based on accuracy and quality of work. Reliability and consistency. Ability to
follow workflows and deadlines. Initiative and communication.
• Opportunity for raise after 1 year / 13th-month bonus for strong performance
