We're a fast-growing business looking for a strategic Event Leader to take full ownership of our event ecosystem. This is not a coordination role. This is a leadership role for someone who thinks commercially, executes flawlessly, and measures success by outcomes.

What You'll Do:

Design and execute an annual event plan including 3 major in-person events and monthly online pop-ups. Curate compelling speakers and content that drive attendance and engagement. Own all event logistics for in-person events, including venues, AV, staging, materials, and travel coordination. Own event budgets and P&L with clear ROI accountability. Measure performance, collect feedback, and continuously improve the event system. Deliver events that strengthen client relationships and attract future clients.

We'll Measure Success By:

Consistent delivery of a 4x ROI on events. 80%+ client attendance across all events annually. Reduced client churn driven by event participation. Strong feedback and repeat attendance.

Salary & Perks:
