Personal Assistant / team manager

I am recruiting for a personal assistant.

The role will be part time to begin with, with the intention to become full time within 6-9 months.

My company is the football (soccer) area, however a background or even an understanding of football is not needed for the role.

I work with professional football players on mental performance. In the past year I have also created an online platform, which is the reason for expansion in personnell in 2026.

Up until now there has only been myself in the company which has been running for more than 10 years. Going forward i am looking to recruit a small but high performing team.

There are currently 2 others already in place. A video editor and an AI / automations expert.

Your position will include general VA responsibilities as well as communicating with the team on behalf of myself.

You will oversee the work of the team. Collate statistical information like sales, leads etc. As well as organising and creating documents.

Essential:

Excellent English - This is. a non negotiable and your spoken and written English should be exceptional.
Canva or similar - Be able to create functional and aesthetically pleasing documents.

Email - Have experience of responding to customer emails in the western world (UK/USA etc).

Desirable:
Landing pages: Be able to create landing pages on platforms such as Kajabi, Leadpages, Wix, Square Space or similar (no coding needed).

AI - Use and understand AI in life/business


Can you let me know your initial hourly rate.
The intention is for the company to grow substantially in 2026 and for your hourly rate / salary to increase with this.
