We're Digital Lead Group AB - an e-commerce direct response company that creates video ads which have generated millions in sales.

We're growing and looking for a skilled video editor to join our team.
But before you apply, you should know - this role is a bit different from most editing jobs.

Most editing jobs expect you to do everything. Find footage. Pick music. Choose fonts. Source voiceovers. AND edit.
Not here.
Our video assistants source all the footage. Our Video Lead handles voiceovers, fonts, and music.
Your only focus? Editing.
We hand you the script. We hand you the footage. You do what you do best - edit videos that sell.

COMPENSATION: Performance-Based Pay (Output-Driven)
> Earn based on the videos you produce, not hours logged.
> Competitive per-minute editing pay
> Additional pay for approved sourcing and revisions
> Uncapped performance bonuses when your videos hit target ROAS

Our editors are paid based on completed work, with real earning upside tied directly to performance. The better your edits perform, the more you earn — with no income ceiling.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
>Editing short and long-form direct response video ads for e-commerce products
>Post-production work including editing, titling, color correction, after-effects, and sound mixing
>Creating content for Facebook, YouTube, and other marketing channels
>Working with the Video Editor Lead and Creative Strategist to test and refine video content

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
>Proficient in Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects (non-negotiable)
>2+ years of editing experience
>Strong attention to detail - you can tell instantly if a clip matches what the script is saying
>Critical thinker who edits with intention - you don't just place clips, you enhance them with effects and creative touches that make videos pop
>Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
>Works well with a team and independently
>E-commerce, UGC, or direct response experience is a plus

THE DETAILS:
>Type: Full-time, Remote
>Hours: Monday - Friday, 45 hrs/week (1 hour break included)
>Salary: $1,000/month + uncapped performance bonuses
