BJ-Ecom B.V. is a fast-growing e-commerce company operating multiple Shopify stores across Europe and North America. We work with a fully remote team of 20+ professionals and are scaling aggressively toward 2026. To support this growth, we are looking for a highly precise Shopify Store Setup Specialist to build the foundation of all our stores.

The Role
This position is not a general Shopify, CRO, or marketing role.
Your sole responsibility is to create new Shopify stores from scratch using our existing templates, SOPs, and checklists. These stores must be 100% compliant with Google Merchant Center policies and ready for submission and approval.
You will be building 5–7 stores per week, so accuracy, structure, and consistency are critical.

What You Will Do
Create new Shopify stores from scratch using our predefined templates
Set up store structure, pages, navigation, policies, and settings exactly according to our checklists
Ensure every store is fully compliant with Google Merchant Center guidelines
Prepare stores so they are approval-ready for GMC with zero missing requirements
Follow SOPs precisely and document completion for each store
Perform thorough quality checks before handoff

Extremely detail-oriented and precise
Perfectionistic by nature — you notice small mistakes others miss
Able to follow instructions, templates, and checklists without deviation
Fast, but never at the cost of accuracy

Required Experience
Proven experience setting up Shopify stores
Strong understanding of Shopify settings, pages, policies, and structure
Experience working with Google Merchant Center requirements
Ability to consistently deliver error-free work at scale
Performance Expectations
5–7 fully built Shopify stores per week
Each store must pass internal compliance checks
Stores must be ready for GMC submission with no missing elements
