At Cabana, we build thoughtful wellness experiences that feel as good as they work. We’re looking for a proactive Digital Ads Specialist who can turn this vision into high-performing campaigns that scale. In this role, you’ll lead our paid advertising efforts, turning creative concepts and clean data into campaigns that attract, convert, and scale. It’s a hands-on role for someone who enjoys ownership, curiosity, and improving results over time.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Launch and optimize paid ads on Meta, Google and other platforms
• Build simple, effective funnels from awareness to conversion
• Collaborate with creative to keep ads on-brand and high-performing
• Monitor and improve results (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate)
• Test, learn, and iterate regularly

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads
• Comfort working independently and taking initiative
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to performance
• Clear English communication
• Ability to work with overlap during US Pacific business hours

Bonus Experience

• Event tracking and analytics ( ---------- , Google Tag Manager, or similar)
• Experience with other ad platforms such as Pinterest, TikTok, X, or others
