JOB TITLE: Shopify Dropshipping Customer Service & Order Fulfillment
Location: Remote
Type: Part-Time / Freelance (Long-Term Role – Performance Based)
Hours: 40 hrs per week
Pay: $350 monthly
Bonus: Performance bonuses for fast resolutions, low refund rate, and high customer satisfaction

About The Role
We’re looking for a highly efficient, detail-oriented Shopify Customer Support & Fulfillment Specialist who can handle customer communication, manage fulfillment, and keep operations running smoothly. This role is NOT basic VA work — we want someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and thinks like an operator.
Your mission is simple:
* Keep customers happy
* Ensure orders are fulfilled correctly & on time
* Resolve problems quickly
* Help the business run like a well-oiled machine

What You’ll Do
* Customer Support
* Handle customer emails, chat, and support tickets
* Provide order updates, ETAs, and tracking information
* Manage refunds, exchanges, and returns when needed
* De-escalate complaints and maintain professional tone
* Handle PayPal / Shopify disputes when required

Order Fulfillment & Operations
* Place orders with suppliers (AliExpress, CJ Dropshipping, private suppliers)
* Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
* Resolve missing, delayed, or damaged orders
* Communicate with suppliers for replacements or fixes
* Maintain fulfillment accuracy and consistency
* Admin & Efficiency
* Follow SOPs with discipline
* Maintain organized system records
* Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
* Coordinate with management team when needed

What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
Experience with:
* Shopify
* Customer support platforms (Gorgias / Zendesk / Shopify Inbox)
* Order fulfillment (AliExpress, CJ Dropshipping, private suppliers)
* Shipment tracking tools (17Track, Aftership, etc.)

Skills Required:
* Excellent written English
* Calm, polite, professional communication
* Fast response speed
* Strong attention to detail
* Ownership mindset
* Reliability and consistency

Big Plus (Not Required)
* Dropshipping brand experience
* Chargeback handling knowledge
* Experience in branded ecommerce stores
