* ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE: Encompass a range of tasks aimed at fostering client satisfaction, meeting sales targets and contributing to the growth of the business.
1. CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
* Develop and maintain strong, long lasting relationship with client
* Understand client needs, preferences, and budgets to offer appropriate furniture solutions.
*Act as the main point of contract to clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns and request promptly.
2. SALES AND REVENUE GENERATION
* Identify potential clients and market segments to target for sales growth
* Present furniture products and services to client to client in a persuasive and informative manner
* Negotiate terms, prices, and agreements with clients to close sales deals
* Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
3. PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE
* Possess in- depth knowledge of the furniture products offered, including materials, features, and customization options
* Stay updated on industry trends and design concepts to better assist clients with their furniture choices.
4. QUOTING AND PROPOSAL PREPARATION
* Prepare accurate details quotes, proposals and estimates for client based on their requirements
* Ensure the quotes are aligned with the company’s pricing strategies and policies.
5. COLLABORATION AND COORDINATION
* Collaborate with internal teams such a design production, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of client orders.
* Coordinate with project manager and other relevant departments to ensure timely delivery and installation of furniture.
6. MARKET RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS
* Conduct market research to identify competitors, trends and customer preferences
* Gather insight on client feedback, buying patterns, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
7. DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTING
* Maintain accurate and up-to date records of client interaction, sales activities, progress towards targets.
8. UPSELLING AND CROSS SELLING
* Identify opportunities to upsell additional furniture items or related services to existing clients
* Cross-sell complementary products to enhance the overall client experience.
