Virtual AI Automation Assistant (Recruitment Ops)
Role Overview
We are looking for a tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to build and manage a next-generation "Talent-as-a-Service" (TaaS) infrastructure. You will not just be sourcing candidates; you will be building the "pipes" that automate lead generation, candidate summaries, and client reporting using AI and low-code tools.
Key Responsibilities
Workflow Automation: Build and maintain automated "scenarios" in
AI Enrichment & Scraping: Use tools like Clay, PhantomBuster, or Proxycurl to scrape company org charts and enrich candidate profiles with deep insights (podcasts, news, social activity).
Database Management: Maintain our custom "ATS" built on Airtable and Notion, ensuring data integrity and automated syncing.
Personalized Outreach at Scale: Set up AI-driven
AI Interview Summaries: Manage the flow of interview recordings into AI tools (e.g., Metaview, Fireflies) and ensure summaries are polished and delivered to clients in branded Notion docs.
Required Technical Stack
Automation: Expert level in
Data & CRM: Mastery of Airtable (formulas, interfaces, and automations) and Notion.
Enrichment: Proven experience with Clay (specifically building "waterfalls").
AI Tools: High proficiency in prompting ChatGPT/Claude API, and familiarity with ElevenLabs (voice cloning) is a plus.
Scraping: Experience with PhantomBuster, Apify, or similar LinkedIn scraping tools.
