Web Designer / Developer (Figma + Frontend)

We’re looking for a Web Designer who can also build. You should be highly experienced in Figma, with hands-on frontend development experience, and strong at designing clean, creative dashboards with excellent UI and solid UX. You'll focus on redesigning the site and the developers will use your design.

This is a remote, flexible, deliverable-focused role. We’ll agree on deadlines together—but once set, deadlines are non-negotiable. No micromanagement. No constant check-ins. Just results.

What we care about most

- Strong dashboard-focused UI design with good UX
- Figma expertise + real development experience
- Reliable, deadline-driven work ethic
- Works independently without hand-holding
- End-of-day (EOD) progress updates are enough

Nice to have

- Experience building what you design
- Clean, scalable design systems
- SaaS or data-heavy dashboard experience
