Remote Affiliate Marketing Assistant for TikTok Shop

Hello!
We are Koma Media Company, looking for a reliable remote assistant to support our TikTok Shop affiliate marketing operations.

1. Main Responsibilities:
-Support TikTok Shop affiliate-related tasks
-Assist with affiliate creator targeting and invitations
-Send and manage email follow-ups with creators
-Support paid collaborations (paid collab) and affiliate partnerships
-Manage and track affiliate performance and basic reporting
-Provide regular updates and coordinate tasks via KakaoTalk

2. Requirements:
-Basic understanding of TikTok Shop or affiliate marketing
-Responsible, reliable, and responsive communicator
-Comfortable with repetitive outreach and follow-up tasks

3. Preferred:
-Experience with TikTok Shop affiliate programs
-Experience in influencer marketing or affiliate management
-Familiarity with paid collaborations and creator outreach
-Understanding of the U.S. market or global TikTok trends

4. Other Details:
-Remote work
-Work period: 4 weeks
-Schedule: Monday to Friday
-Working hours: 3–4 hours per day
-Hourly rate: 5,000 KRW per hour (approx. USD 3.37)
