E-commerce Marketing & Sales Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and reliable E-commerce Marketing & Sales Assistant to support our growing online business. This is a full-time remote position based in the Philippines, working with an international team.
???? Responsibilities
Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, etc.)
Assist with online marketing activities (social media posts, basic ads support, promotions)
Respond to customer inquiries and messages in English
Follow up on orders, deliveries, and customer feedback
Track basic sales and marketing data and prepare simple reports

Good written and spoken English
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales processes
Organized, responsible, and able to work independently in a remote environment
Basic understanding of digital marketing or online sales
Stable internet connection and own computer

Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or similar tools
Experience with Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads
Basic design skills (Canva or similar)
Experience in customer support or online retail
