Social Media Marketing / Sales Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Social Media Marketing / Sales Assistant to support our online business.
This is a full-time remote position based in the Philippines, working with an international team.
???? Responsibilities
Manage and post content on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Reply to customer inquiries and comments in English
Assist with basic sales tasks such as order follow-ups and customer communication
Help prepare simple marketing content (posts, captions, basic visuals)
Track and report basic performance metrics (engagement, leads, messages, etc.)
???? Requirements
Good written and spoken English
Experience with social media platforms and online customer communication
Organized, responsible, and able to work independently in a remote environment
Basic knowledge of marketing or sales is a plus
Stable internet connection and own computer

Experience with Facebook Ads / TikTok Ads / Canva
Experience in e-commerce or online retail
Basic data/reporting skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
