Commercial Property Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Property Manager based in
Queensland, Australia, with proven experience managing commercial properties within the local market.
This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial properties,
ensuring properties are well-maintained, tenants are supported, and financial and operational objectives
are consistently met.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial property experience specific to the Australian,
Queensland market, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proactive approach to operations,
compliance, and tenant relations.

Key Responsibilities
-Manage daily operations of commercial properties, including offices, retail, or industrial assets
-Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and
lease-related matters
-Oversee lease administration, renewals, rent reviews, and compliance with lease terms
-Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services to ensure properties are safe and
well-maintained
-Prepare and manage property budgets, operating expenses, and financial reports
-Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory
requirements
-Liaise with owners, contractors, and service providers to ensure service standards are met
-Monitor arrears and work closely with finance teams on rent collection and reconciliations

Qualifications & Experience
-Proven experience as a Commercial Property Manager in Queensland, Australia
-Strong knowledge of commercial leasing, property operations, and building maintenance within
the Queensland market
-Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
-Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively
-Based in Queensland, Australia (required)
-Nice to have: Real Estate Sales Person Registration Certificate (OFT)

Compensation
Pay range between Php 25,000 to 35,000 with experience and qualifications.
