C# Back End Developer

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Develop and maintain backend systems for our web-based CRM platform
- Build and deploy new features that enhance customer and internal experiences
- Document your processes, report on progress, and troubleshoot where needed
- Deliver high-quality solutions on time, with scalability and reliability in mind
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all business needs are met

What You Bring to the Team

- Strong experience with C#, .NET technologies, and backend systems
- Skilled in SQL Server (T-SQL), RESTful APIs, WCF, and Windows Services
- Solid understanding of design patterns, clean code, and SOLID principles
- Experience with Agile (SCRUM) methodology and version control tools like Git
- Comfortable with unit testing frameworks (e.g., NUnit, MSTest, xUnit)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Ability to write, debug, and optimize efficient, secure, and scalable code

Bonus Skills That Will Impress:

- Exposure to front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery) and WinForms
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
- Understanding of microservices architecture and integration
- Awareness of OWASP security practices and performance tuning
- Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in application development
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively
