Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to team lead and team members
- Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other materials
- Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls,
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with Team Leader's personal items and scheduling
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role 2 years minimum
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong customer service orientation
- Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Use CRM and/or any brokerage platform
- Assist with marketing efforts and e-blasts
