Virtual Assistants for Script Writing, Quality Assurance, Social Media Research & Ideation, Finance & Numbers Support

We are a rapidly growing remote short form content agency working with high level online fitness coaches worldwide. We are a small but expanding team and are currently hiring for multiple roles to support our growth.

We are looking for reliable, motivated tea ---------- mbers who want to grow with us long term.

AVAILABILITY

This role requires availability Monday through Saturday during the following time windows:

- Philippines timezone
- Morning to early afternoon approximately 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM
- Evening approximately 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Exact hours may vary slightly and will be confirmed later, but flexibility within these windows is important.

OPEN ROLES

We are hiring for several different positions. You do not need prior experience, as full training and systems will be provided. However, you should have a strong interest in one or more of the following areas:

1. Script Writing
Writing short form video scripts for fitness coaches

2. Quality Assurance
Reviewing content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency with client standards

3. Social Media Research and Ideation
Finding content ideas and trends across platforms

4. Finance and Numbers Support
Assisting with tracking, organization, and basic financial tasks as we build a finance department

REQUIREMENTS

- Strong English communication skills
- Very responsive and reliable on WhatsApp
- Fast learner and comfortable following systems
- Tech savvy
- Familiar with or willing to learn tools like Notion
- Able to work remotely and independently

COMPENSATION

- The role begins with a 2 to 4 week paid internship phase
- During this phase, hours are logged hourly at a starting rate of PHP 120/hour
- If you are a strong fit, there is clear room for hourly rate increases and transition to fixed pay over time
