JOB OVERVIEW

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (REMOTE, FULL-TIME)

Role: Executive Assistant to Founder
Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Compensation: $1,800–$2,500/month (based on experience)

ABOUT THE ROLE

I’m a founder and real estate entrepreneur with multiple businesses and responsibilities. I’m looking for a true Executive Assistant, not a general VA.

This role is about:
• Protecting my time
• Managing priorities
• Filtering communication/talking to customers
• Ensuring follow-through
• Reducing mental load

If you like checking tasks off a list but don’t like ownership, this is not the role for you.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

You will be responsible for running the backend of my day, including:

Calendar & Time Control
• Own my calendar completely
• Schedule and confirm calls
• Enforce time blocks
• Reschedule no-shows
• Protect deep-work time

Communication Filtering
• Manage email inboxes
• Monitor WhatsApp and social DMs (with scripts)
• Flag only urgent or revenue-related messages
• Summarize long messages into short bullet points
• Draft replies for approval or send approved responses

Revenue & Follow-Up Support
• Track leads and conversations
• Follow up with prospects and no-shows
• Book calls on my behalf
• Prepare short call briefs before meetings
• Handle onboarding steps after a client says “yes”

Organization & Weekly Rhythm
• Maintain a simple task and priority list
• Prepare a daily “Here’s what matters today” brief
• Provide a short end-of-day summary
• Help keep things from falling through the cracks

• Not a strategy role
• Not a sales closer
• Not a marketing role
• Not a “do whatever comes up” position

This role requires clarity, structure, and calm execution.

WHO YOU ARE

You are likely a fit if:
• You have experience as an Executive Assistant or Founder EA
• You are comfortable being a gatekeeper
• You communicate clearly and professionally
• You don’t need to be micromanaged
• You like creating order from chaos
• You can be firm and polite on someone else’s behalf

Bonus (not required):
• Experience supporting founders, coaches, or real estate businesses
