JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing, U.S.-based digital marketing agency looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to be the backbone of our client experience.

Your role will focus on providing smooth, professional support to our clients and keeping our internal marketing operations running efficiently. If you are highly organized and love helping people, we want to hear from you!

Role Details:

Location: Remote
Schedule: We need coverage during PT/MT hours (Pacific Time / Mountain Time) on weekdays, plus occasional part-time weekend availability.

About Us: JL Marketing runs high-performing Meta and Google Ads lead generation campaigns for boutique fitness and local businesses across North America. We value strong communication, accountability, and delivering measurable results.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
Your main job is to ensure our clients and Account Managers have everything they need for success.
This includes:
- Respond to all client questions and requests quickly and professionally via HubSpot, email, and other channels.
- Manage and document all client interactions within our CRM to ensure fast and accurate follow-up.
- Provide key administrative and campaign support to our marketing and account management teams.
- Prepare performance reports and consolidate client feedback or recurring needs for the team.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings (internal and client), and keep digital files organized.
- Help improve our internal processes and follow up on any open action items.
- Stay familiar with our services, client campaigns, and tools to provide informed support.

We are looking for someone who is:

- Experienced: At least 1 year in a customer support or virtual assistant role (marketing agency experience is a plus).
- Communicative: Strong written and verbal English skills are essential.
- Tech-Ready: Proficient in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
- Organized: Highly detail-oriented, reliable, and excellent at time management.
- Available: Comfortable working in the PT/MT time zones, including a few weekend hours as needed.
- Preferred Skills (A Bonus!)
- Experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google Ads.
- Familiarity with digital marketing terms, data tracking, or analytics tools.
- A natural problem-solver with the ability to anticipate team and client needs.
