Shopify Store Redesign, Product Upload, Graphic Design, SEO & Sales Channel VA

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Shopify Virtual Assistant to help redesign our Shopify store, manage products, create basic graphics, optimize for SEO, and ensure our products are properly synced with Google Merchant Center, Instagram Shop, and TikTok Shop. This role has strong potential for long-term work.

Responsibilities

Redesign and improve our Shopify store layout and user experience

Add and manage products (titles, descriptions, images, variants, pricing, collections, tags)

Create simple product graphics, banners, and featured images (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)

Optimize product pages for SEO (keywords, meta titles/descriptions, URLs, alt text)

Set up and maintain product syncing with:

Google Merchant Center

Instagram Shop / >Facebook Commerce Manager

TikTok Shop

Ensure products meet platform requirements and resolve sync or approval issues

Organize collections and improve store navigation

Ensure the site is mobile-friendly and optimized for performance

Perform ongoing updates, fixes, and optimizations as needed

Requirements

Proven experience with Shopify

Experience uploading and managing products in Shopify

Hands-on experience with Google Merchant Center, Instagram Shop, and/or TikTok Shop

Basic to intermediate graphic design skills

Knowledge of SEO for e-commerce / Shopify

Good written English

Strong attention to detail

Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Experience with Shopify theme customization

Familiarity with product feed tools or Shopify sales channels

Experience using Canva

Basic understanding of conversion optimization
