Music Industry Virtual Assistant & Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are a boutique music agency working with independent artists on branding, growth, and artist development. We are looking for someone who can handle BOTH roles: Social Media Marketing for musicians and Music Industry Virtual Assistant support.

Social Media Marketing and Artist Growth Responsibilities

This role focuses on helping musicians grow organically. You should be able to assess artist profiles, perform audits, help with branding direction, content planning, organic growth strategy, and overall artist positioning. You will communicate directly with artists, give feedback and advice, support basic graphic direction, and help us build a structured social media and artist development service.

You must have real musician or music artist social media experience and be able to show past artist work, projects, or a music-related resume. Strategic thinking is required.

Music Industry Virtual Assistant Responsibilities

This role focuses on supporting the agency with organization, research, admin tasks, and project coordination. You must be reliable, accurate, self-sufficient, and able to manage your time without reminders.

If you do not have social media marketing experience but you DO have music industry experience and would like to be considered strictly as a Music Industry Virtual Assistant, you are still welcome to apply.
