Social Media & Content Management Specialist

Erudite Nursing Institute is seeking a detail-oriented Social Media & Content Management Specialist to support our online presence. This is a freelance, independent contractor role designed as an add-on opportunity for someone who already works efficiently with AI tools, Canva, and publishing platforms.

This is not a training role. We are looking for someone who can handle the full content workflow independently—from drafting to publishing—without hand-holding.

***What You’ll Do***
You will independently create and publish:
-Facebook posts
-Google Business Profile posts
-Website blog articles
-Canva graphics (static posts, banners, thumbnails)
-(Optional add-on) Short-form videos: Reels, Shorts, TikTok

***You will:***
-Draft, edit, format, and publish content
-Use AI tools responsibly (original, plagiarism-free output)
-Schedule posts weekly or monthly
-Follow strict brand, accuracy, and compliance standards
-Insert required disclaimers and references
-Use only royalty-free images (Pexels, Pixabay, etc.)
-Track image sources to avoid copyright issues

***Mandatory Standards***
Every piece of content must include required disclaimers and follow:
-Copyright-safe image use (NO Google images)
-Proper grammar and formatting
-Professional healthcare tone
-Accurate, verifiable information
-Brand consistency

Repeated errors, missing disclaimers, or copyright violations may result in deductions or termination.

*Platform Scheduling Add-On*
$10–$20/month per platform

Rates depend on quality, complexity, and consistency.
This is an output-based role. You are paid per deliverable—not per hour.
High performers may receive ongoing volume and long-term collaboration.
