Established in 1977, Frances Beauty Clinic is one of Singapore’s most trusted heritage beauty clinics. We are known for science-driven treatments, intelligent anti-aging philosophy, and refined feminine luxury.

We are entering a new phase of brand evolution and are looking for a senior, thinking PR & Marketing professional to act as our brand guardian and execution lead — someone who can translate strategy into high-quality, on-brand communication that drives real business impact.

The Role (Read This Carefully)

This is not a junior marketing role.
This is not a social media posting job.

You will act as the brand visual and tone guardian for Frances Beauty Clinic and execute PR-marketing initiatives end-to-end — from concept to dissemination, measurement, and optimisation.

You will work closely with the founder, manage external creative partners, and ensure that every public-facing touchpoint meets Frances’ brand standard.

Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Guardian & Quality Control
- Own and protect Frances Beauty Clinic’s brand visuals, tone of voice, and narrative
- Enforce brand standards across:
- PR
- Marketing campaigns
- Social media
- Treatment collaterals & communication materials

- Act as the final quality filter for all outward-facing content
- Confidently reject work that is:
- Off-brand
- Low-quality
- Generic
- Trend-driven without relevance

2. End-to-End PR & Marketing Execution
- Execute PR and marketing initiatives from start to finish, including:
- Conceptualisation
- Content planning
- Creative briefing
- Coordination with designers and content creators
- Posting and dissemination
- Internal alignment and basic training where required
- Manage agencies and freelance creative partners effectively
- Ensure messaging reaches the right audience, not just “goes live”

3. Performance Assessment & Optimisation
- Review and assess the response and impact of:
- Content
- Campaigns
- PR efforts
- Interpret performance using insight, not vanity metrics
- Propose refinements to:
- Visual direction
- Messaging
- Format and cadence
- Continuously improve effectiveness while maintaining brand integrity

4. Social Media Psychology & Platform Nuance
- Apply a strong understanding of social media psychology, especially for affluent female audiences
- Stay informed on visual and content trends across:
- Instagram
- Xiaohongshu (RED)
- TikTok (selectively)
- Adopt trends only when aligned with brand identity
- Understand platform-specific behaviour and visual nuance

5. Speed, Efficiency & Professional Execution
- Work efficiently and deliver high-quality output quickly
- Manage multiple workstreams with clarity and structure
- Communicate professionally, succinctly, and decisively
- Respect timelines and the founder’s time and decision bandwidth

Must-Have
- 5–8+ years experience in PR, marketing, or brand communications
- Experience in luxury beauty, medical aesthetics, wellness, healthcare, or premium lifestyle
- Strong written communication skills (English required; Chinese a plus)
- Excellent brand judgement and visual sensitivity
- Comfortable working remotely with fixed working hours
- Able to execute independently without constant supervision
