Social Media Manager & VA Trainer

We run a Shopify dropshipping store and need a skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage our accounts and train our Filipino virtual assistant who will assist with social media tasks.

What you’ll do:
Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
Run and optimize paid ad campaigns
Develop content ideas and posting plans
Train and guide our Filipino VA to assist with social media management and ad tasks

Requirements:
Proven experience with social media marketing and ads
Ability to teach and mentor others clearly
Familiarity with e-commerce or dropshipping preferred
Reliable, communicative, and proactive
